What UNSEEN is for a business

UNSEEN is a discovery app for places and events that works against the algorithm: people swipe through a city's blind spots instead of scrolling a ranked feed. There is no paid ranking. A small, honest place is not buried under a big, loud one, and that is the point.

A business account gives you three things:

• Insights — how many people liked your place and its events, and the photos visitors dropped there.
• My Places — your venue, with photos, address, categories and opening hours.
• Events — what is happening and when, shown in Discover to people nearby, and announced to people who saved your place.

How to get an account

Business accounts are not created in the app. Every request is checked by us first, then the account is set up for you.

Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and tell us:

• the name of your place,
• its address,
• a contact person, and
• the email address the account should use.

Please use an address of your own. It cannot be the address of an existing Explorer account: a role is fixed for the life of an account, so a business account is always a new one.

What happens next

1. We check that the place exists and that the request comes from someone who runs it.
2. We create your account and tell you by email.
3. In the app, tap "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen, use the link in the email to set your password, then sign in. You will accept the Terms and Privacy Policy on first sign-in, like everyone else.
